Hatha Gentle Yoga

Gentle and easy Hatha Yoga with Shri (Sharon Jones) offers a rich tapestry of practices to enhance physical and mental well-being.
Hatha yoga, a traditional form of yoga, integrates asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control) to enhance physical and mental well-being, with pranayama serving as a bridge between breath and spirit, cultivating awareness and control over breath for greater energy flow.
Basic poses, including breath work (Pranayama), will be explored. One hour of class includes a 5-minute meditation to start and a 10-minute guided relaxation at the end of the class.

Sharon is an experienced and certified teacher and has been practicing yoga for 50+ years. and has taught a Yoga Relaxation class recently at Gold LEAF Institute.
Introduction to Brennan Healing Science
with Irene Bodendorf

We invite you to an experience in Brennan Healing Science with Irene Rebecca Bodendorf. This modality is based on the study of bio-energy systems, the Hunan Energy Field, and applications for hands-on healing and personal transformation.
We will be introduced to Brennan Healing Science, enhance our High Sense Perception, and learn self-healing techniques.

Irene is a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, a graduate of a four-year International College based in Florida and Oxford, England.
Irene has a 24-year practice and has staffed Dr. Barbara Brennan’s Intensives in the United States and Mondsee, Austria. She holds a Multidisciplinary Degree incorporating Business and Social Science Majors. Irene brings her experience in the Education, Medical, and Corporate Business world to her healing practice.
Diabetes Support Group

A monthly meeting throughout the year for people/families living with diabetes. It would be a combination of education and sharing of life's experiences in living with Diabetes.

John Henkel has been an RN for 45 years and is a former Diabetes Educator. Diabetic for 25 years. Insulin dependent for 10 years.
