John Colter is a man of mystery. He enrolled in the Lewis & Clark's Corps of Discovery (1803-1806) and became a fur trapper and noted scout. Colter had some adventures with the Blackfeet. He was likely the first European to describe the geysers and hot springs of what became known as Yellowstone Park. Charles will pose as John Colter recently arrived from the mountains in the city of St. Louis. The time is summer in 1810. Listen as John Colter speaks and answers questions in 1810.
