Gentle and easy Hatha Yoga with Shri (Sharon Jones) offers a rich tapestry of practices to enhance physical and mental well-being.
Hatha yoga, a traditional form of yoga, integrates asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control) to enhance physical and mental well-being, with pranayama serving as a bridge between breath and spirit, cultivating awareness and control over breath for greater energy flow.
Basic poses, including breath work (Pranayama), will be explored. One hourĀ of class includes a 5-minute meditation to start and a 10-minute guided relaxation at the end of the class.

Sharon is an experienced and certified teacher and has been practicing yoga for 50+ years. and has taught a Yoga Relaxation class recently at Gold LEAF Institute.
